We are committed to being transparent with you about changes that affect your service. Due to the continued rise in fuel costs impacting service business such as ours, we will be adding a Fuel & Material Surcharge of $3.50 to your invoice beginning May 2nd. This surcharge will appear as a separate line item clearly labeled 'Fuel & Material Surcharge' so you can always see exactly what you are being charged.

We expect this surcharge to remain in place through 2026 and will notify you of any changes in advance. While we hope to reduce or eliminate it as conditions improve, if fuel costs continue to rise the surcharge could increase, though we commit it will not exceed $4.50. Thank you for being a valued customer — we do not take pricing changes lightly and truly appreciate your continued trust in our team.
