The Mainely Grass Customer Portal is an online portal allowing you access to information about your services, billing, and other important account information. This 24/7 online access will provide you with an easy, convenient way to handle all aspects of your account.

Simply use your login information to access your online account.  If you haven’t created an online account, please follow these instructions:

Step One: If you are already a customer and have not set up an online profile yet: Click the "Create a Login” button on the right. 
                  If NOT a customer, Click "Get Started Today"
Step Two: If you are already a customer: Fill out the form, with your Customer Number (located on your Statements/Invoice/Prepay letter), STREET NUMBER ONLY, Zip Code, and Email Address. Please choose a password if asked.
Step Three: If NOT a customer, Please fill in the required information, but remember to only use your house number in the yellow highlighted field!

Step Four: You're Done! After completion of the registration form, you'll be taken to your account screen where you can pay your bill, review notes, adjust or add services, request a service call, and contact us!
