The 2026 season is fast approaching, and this year is a big milestone for us — 2026 marks our 10th year in business. Thank you for the trust you have placed in Green Elements over the past 10 years. We truly appreciate it.
Each year during the first week of January, we send out information for the upcoming season. In the email we sent you find an attached list of all services currently scheduled for your account for 2026. Please review this information, and if you need to make any changes, let us know as soon as possible.
Your Green Elements services are scheduled to auto-renew and begin in late February or March, depending on the services on your account.
Billing & Payment Options
You have several payment options for the 2026 season:
• Prepay and save 5% (see deadline below)
• Autopay after each service
• Monthly billing – your annual services total will be divided into 10 equal monthly payments, beginning March 1st (please email us back to set this up)
If you prefer to be billed after each service, no action is required at this time.
Prepay Discount Deadline:
All prepayments must be postmarked or dropped off by February 1st to qualify for the prepay discount.

Referral Program – Back for 2026
We are happy to announce that we are bringing back our referral program for 2026. We have partnered with a company that helps manage the program and makes it easier for everyone.
When you submit a referral through CLICKI, and after their first service is completed, you will automatically receive a $50 gift card or cash, whichever you choose through the app.

Client Portal Update
We are in the process of transitioning back to our previous software system, so emails and invoices may look slightly different than last year.
• The client portal will be temporarily unavailable
• A new client portal will be available in early March
• All prepayments will be loaded into the new system
• You will be able to track your balance and account information 24/7 once the portal is live
Looking Ahead to 2026
Last season was one of the most challenging years we have seen for nutsedge, easily the worst in our 10 years of business. This spring, we plan to trial a different product to see if we can gain better control. As always, results will depend heavily on weather conditions, but we are hopeful for improvement.
2025 also gave us the opportunity to purchase ATO Irrigation, a company that began in 1987. When the owner was ready to retire, we were grateful for the opportunity to help transition and continue service for his clients.
Here’s to 2026 — hopefully with a drier spring, a cooler summer, and a wetter fall.
