Dear Earth-Wise Customers:
We are excited to be launching the Earth-Wise Customer Portal! Here are some tips to get you started:
If you are signing up for the first time:
Click the Not registered? Sign Up! link located below the green Login button. You’ll be asked for your customer number, service address house number and service address zip code, as well as your email address we have on file. Once you submit that, you'll receive an email with the subject: Registration Confirmation. Don't forget to look in your Junk Email if you don't see it! Lastly, click the link in the Registration Confirmation email and you'll be able to create your password. You should be set and moving forward, you’ll only need your email address and password to log in.
To accept your proposal renewal:
Once you have signed up/in to your account, click the View My Estimates link on the Home tab. You will see your proposed services and be able to add each service you wish to accept to the cart. Exception: if you see a Time & Material service on your proposal renewal, please call the office to accept this particular service, as you will not see a $0 service in the Earth-Wise Customer Portal! Click the Go to Cart button. From here you will be able to:
-Prepay for proposal renewal services and receive a 5% discount through April 15. You’ll have the option to pay with a credit card or set up an ACH payment.
-Autopay for services. You’ll have the option to pay with a credit card or set up an ACH payment.
-Pay as you go. We’ll invoice you as each accepted service is completed.
To accept new proposal services:
Once you have signed up/in to your account, click the View My Estimates link on the Home tab. You will see your proposed services and be able to add each service you wish to accept to the cart. Exception: if you see a Time & Material service on your proposal letter, please call the office to accept this particular service, as you will not see a $0 service in the Earth-Wise Customer Portal! Click the Go to Cart button. From here you will be able to:

If you would like to pay an invoice from a completed service:
-Once you have signed up/in to your account, choose the Pay Balance button or Make a Payment tab and fill in the payment details. You’ll have the option to pay with a credit card or set up an ACH payment.
