6.13.25 Maintenance Recommendations

• Disease Alert - The current weather pattern is conducive for red thread disease.
• Lawns appear to be recovering from the mid May heat. If your lawn is still recovering, we recommend additional watering.
• Watering - 0.75 inches of water this upcoming week.
• Mowing at 3-3.5 inches is preferred.
• If you put down seed, make sure to be watering it multiple times per day.
